In-house CNC toolroom. We produce thermoforming tooling custom-shaped to your product for a precise cavity fit. Prototype review before final production.
Packing & fulfilment
Scheduling production runs, printing backing cards, collecting product, completing packing assembly. Labelled and dispatched shelf-ready.
3–6 week design to delivery
From initial brief to shelf-ready packs. Local South African manufacturing keeps lead times short. Gauteng daily delivery.

4-Step Production Process
From your brief to shelf-ready pack.
Project Meeting
Email, conference call, or in-person meeting to review:
· Review product
· Existing blister pack / new blister pack
· Card dimensions
· Special features
· Competitor overview (client to provide — gives us input on how to differentiate your product on shelf)
Prototype Stage
· Customer submits product sample and purchase order
· Design, machine and form prototype
· Fit product and prototype with customer, receive approval and purchase order
· Blister card die-line completed and delivered to customer for artwork and approval
Final Mould Stage
· Signed approval from customer received and final purchase order
· Final aluminium mould is manufactured
· Cutting die is manufactured
· Sealing die or welding die is manufactured
Production & Fulfilment
· Final blister order scheduled for production
· Blister cards produced and packed for shipment
· Collection of product from customer
· Blisters, cards, and heat-seal tooling received at Berry Pack for final packing assembly
· Labelled, packed and ready for delivery to customer
