Water Treatment Filters

We offer various types of water treatment products: Cooling Tower Fill Blocks, Water Treatment Filters, Light Traps and Evaporative Cooling Fill Blocks.

Cooling Tower Fill Blocks

The TB12 and TB19 blocks are a self-supporting, synthetic medium, fabricated from corrugated, rigid PVC sheets into modules. Cross flow media has been developed for specific treatment objectives. Unlike conventional modular sheet media, no flat sheets are used in the fabrication of the modules. In Cross flow medium, each sheet is corrugated at a 60° angle and assembled in a cross-corrugated pattern with adjacent sheets. This configuration provides continuous and uniform horizontal redistribution of both air and water throughout the full depth of the medium. The result is greatly increased contact time between the wastewater and medium biofilm, as well as increase liquid film diffusion.

Vertical Flow Media

Water is allowed to trickle down the media (wetpads) whilst dry outside air is drawn across the pads producing air that is cool and fresh/ The unique cross-corrugated design of the media/wetpads allows a very high surface area of water to come into contact with an equally high surface area of air, allowing for a very high evaporation rate.

Evaporative Cooling Fill Blocks

    • TB6.5 Cross flow Cooling Tower Fill Block

Water is allowed to trickle down the media (wetpads) whilst dry outside air is drawn across the pads producing air that is cool and fresh. The unique cross-corrugated design of the media/wetpads allows a very high surface area of water to come into contact with an equally high surface area of air, allowing for a very high evaporation rate.

    Lamella Blocks

The Lamella blocks are used in the industry as classifiers or separators. Industrial plant waste and sewage are purified and re-used with the help of flocculent to precipitate the sedimentable particles in a continuous process/plant.

In wastewater treatment the four main steps are collection and homogenization of effluent, pH adjustment, clarification, and sludge dewatering. Conventional clarification equipment requires a much larger surface footprint in order to match the solids removal capacity of a lamella clarifier

The Lamella block is a honeycomb at a 55° to 60° incline structure. The effluent (industrial plant waste or sewage) is usually mixed with a polymer flocculent and enters the lamella blocks from the bottom.
